Martha Shuping, M.D. is a psychiatrist with over twenty years of experience in her field.  She is an internationally known writer and conference speaker.  Dr. Shuping received her medical degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine and has an M.A. in Pastoral Ministry from the University of Dayton.  She is also a graduate of the Honors College of Michigan State University with a B.S. in Psychology. Dr. Shuping has extensive experience with women’s issues through her own private practice, through Rachel Network (where she pioneered the Rachel Network Evening of Prayer for Healing After Abortion) as well as Rachel’s Vineyard™ where she provides clinical instruction and leadership training for therapists, volunteers and clergy.
